Seeking an enthusiastic, detail- oriented individual for a full time position in our packaging and visual QC departments. The ideal candidate will have above- average communication skills, self-starter mentality, and a passion for music.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
•Marking and labeling packages according to standards and guidelines
•Operating packaging machines including but not limited to shrink wrappers, product labelers, and conveyors
•Recording product, packaging, quality, and other information
•Examining finished products to ensure that packing specifications are met
•Inspecting product with a high attention to detail for any imperfections, blemishes, or fibers

Requirements:
•High attention to detail
•Ability to frequently lift and carry 25 lbs, occasionally up to 45 lbs
•Basic computer skills
•Time management
•Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined individual to join our pressing plant maintenance team. Candidates who aren’t afraid to grab a wrench and get their hands dirty are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
•High level of knowledge of the following equipment:
Mechanical, Pneumatic, Plumbing, Electrical
•Comprehension of schematics and prints related to the above equipment
•Repair and maintain parts of presses and machines utilizing shop equipment
•Dismantle, assemble, and install industrial machinery
•Diagnose malfunctions in machinery, applying knowledge from previous experience
•Communication with contractors and outside vendors

Requirements:
•5-7 years of relevant experience
•Above average communication skills
•Success working individually as well as in a team
•Superior problem solving abilities
•High level of productivity
•Ability to lift 50 lbs
•Observation and execution of safety protocol
•Attention to detail
•Hi-lo experience a plus

Seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual for a full time position as a material handler. The ideal candidate will have above average communication skills, self-starter mentality, and previous shipping/receiving experience.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
•Responsibility for all inbound and outbound shipments
•Loading and unloading trucks
•Shipping and inbounding pallets and small packages
•Accurately handling bills of lading, packing slips, and verifying incoming paperwork in our system
•Maintains floor space onsite and offsite
•Delivery and replenishment of materials to multiple departments
•Develop relationships and maintain open communication with all departments, as well as outside vendors and trucking companies
•Maintain vigilance and best safety practices when moving pallets and operating machinery, pallet jacks etc.

Requirements:
•Ability to learn and adhere to shipping practices (wrapping and strapping pallets, adequately preparing outer boxes, etc.) to ensure safety of our goods
•Experience with Gmail, Google Docs etc; ability to synthesize information from various sources, ability to communicate efficiently and effectively via email and chat
•Strong sense of urgency
•Ability to lift up to 55lbs
•Self-directed: can be trusted to work independently or with a small team on and off-site
•Problem solving skills: must have the confidence to handle any issues or situations as they arise
•Strong organizational skills
•Pallet Jack and Forklift proficiency
•Ability to drive a box truck and handle all responsibilities involved
•Ability to move swiftly and efficiently between different tasks and priorities
•Ability to work in all weather conditions (indoor and outdoor in all seasons)
