Our 8,500 square-foot premises is located in Glasnevin, North Dublin. The factory is fully equipped with brand new machinery, fittings and fixtures and most importantly is the welcoming home to two brand new, state-of-the-art, fully automated record presses.
These WarmTone™ presses are the first pressing machines to be developed in over 30 years. Their manufacturers, Viryl Technologies in Toronto, are vinyl experts at the top of their game who understand and respect the traditional process of vinyl production. Through their WarmTone™ presses they have made this process faster, more efficient, and with unrivalled quality and consistency in the records they produce. Dublin Vinyl has the capacity to produce up to 100,000 superior quality records per month, increasing to 200,000 per month in the next few months.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing the production team for increased capacity requirements and seeking full-time Vinyl Press Operators to assist with this growth.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, committed, and flexible individual with a passion for music who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pressing the highest quality vinyl for major and independent clients and directly with artists all over the world.
The plant runs shifts around the clock and at weekends; so we are ideally looking for candidates who are willing to work flexibly within a team of operators to cover all shifts.
The role reports to the Production and Floor Management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate multiple vinyl record presses (additional training will be given, to ensure competency).
Perform required on-going visual and audio QC checks as required throughout each run of records.
Must be mechanically inclined to perform basic maintenance & troubleshooting duties.
Set up and changeover jobs on the production floor.
Maintain and improve workspaces for safety & efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Press Operator in a Vinyl Record Manufacturing Plant.
A detailed knowledge of the vinyl format.
Basic IT literacy, with a good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Drive apps.
Comfortable with operating machinery.
Demonstrates common sense and adheres to safety measures.
Flexibility within production schedule and willingness to work overtime when required.

Hi guys looking for approx 1000 Album's pressed.
There will be approx. 12 or 13 tracks.
I assume you can do these as well as 12" ?
How do I get prices or an idea of cost ?
I also have a need for 45's so when will you be able to provide these ?
I am Irish but based in Kenya now but would deliver within Ireland. Drop me a line.
