I purchased Thee Oh Sees "Smote Reverser". Both LPs were warped and off centre pressings, really poor quality work. I'm not the only one as there are comments on Discogs reflecting a broader issue. I provided feedback to Castle Face and they said they used RTI. You just ruin it for everyone with such poor quality control. The poor customer pays a premium, gets an unacceptable product, the label says it was the pressing plant and then that's as far as it goes. Time to cut the lot of you out and start downloading.

i am currently waiting on a record store named Direct Audio that i have already paid them for a mobile fidelity pressing of dire straits brothers in arms 2xlp 45 rpm are you guys still planning to press more of these soon? or do i need to demand a refund from record store? Thanks

Just bought Graceland and love the quality compared to the original pressing. However I was surprised to see a number of fingerprints over both sides. Surely your pack staff wear gloves.

Hi! Kevin Gray highly recommended you to me. Our record, "Primal Kings", was recorded and mixed all analog. The vinyl will be mastered off the 1/2" inch 2 track master tapes. We are an independent project and I am the producer. May we get a quote from you? We would like 180 gram black vinyl, 3 part mastering. We will provide the artwork, liner notes, etc. Is your minimum run firm at 500? What is your time frame? So many questions! : ) Thank you!
