The only pressing plant in South America, located in Rio de Janeiro, Polysom was fully refurbished in 2009 and started to produce one year later. Nowadays, there are 3 Hamilton pressing machines and one Toolex Alpha for 7".
Pressing 12" black and color vinyl records on 140 and 180 grams. In-house lacquer cutting.

Currently, it's the only plant in Latin America, produces 40,000 units a month, but still have wait times of about two months. The situation looks to be improving now with the announcement of a new factory that will quadruple the country’s vinyl production.
