How much and how long for 100 white label, double sided 7" singles?

I work with artist Ed Chapman who creates unique portraits using vinyl records. Please see examples attached.
Do you ever have over-runs or waste vinyl records? Ed would be delighted to use these if so. He would credit Vinyl Express in all PR.
